Ho provato a far girare questo emulatore ma i giochi risultano a rallentatore. Ho guardato i requisiti di sistema e non riesco a notare cosa manchi al mio PC per farlo girare correttamente.
Ho un Asus modello 1000HD; processore Intel Celeron M processor 900MHz; 1016MB RAM ed ovviamente le DirectX 9.0c.
Lo schermo: Mobile Intel 915GM/GMS, 910GML Express; chip Intel 915GM/GMS, 910GML Express Chipset; monitor Plug and play.
PS: Scusate se ho scritto tutta questa roba, non so se effettivamente tutti questi dati possano esservi utili.

Il problema sono i requisiti 
Da http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SSF_%28emulator%29
"A DirectX 9-compatible graphics card and a minimum of 256 MB of RAM are required for the emulator to run. A Pentium 4 at 3 GHz or higher, an AMD Athlon rated at 3000+ or higher, any Core2, or any AMD Phenom are required for games to run at proper speed. If the processor is not fast enough, the emulator will, depending on settings in the options, either do a frame skip for full speed (resulting in choppy animation), or will render all the frames (resulting in slow-motion gameplay)."
